About Trimlite

Trimlite is a leading manufacturer and distributor of interior and exterior doors, decorative glass, and related building products. With multiple locations across North America and internationally, Trimlite supports a wide range of customers in the construction and housing industry.

At Trimlite, we value problem-solving, customer focus, consistency, and continuous improvement. Our IT team plays a critical role in enabling business operations across manufacturing, distribution, and eCommerce channels.

Position Summary

Trimlite is seeking an EDI Analyst to support and enhance integrations between our ERP systems and key retail and eCommerce partners.

This role reports to the IT Director and operates at the intersection of IT and business operations. The EDI Analyst will own trading partner onboarding, support day-to-day integration performance, and ensure accurate data flow across order, fulfillment, and invoicing processes.

This is a hands-on role focused on integration setup, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding of new EDI and eCommerce trading partners
Coordinate integration setup with third-party providers, vendors, and internal teams
Manage end-to-end implementation including requirements, testing, and go-live
Monitor daily EDI transactions and resolve issues
Troubleshoot data discrepancies and integration failures across systems
Support business teams with order flow, fulfillment, and invoicing issues
Validate accuracy and completeness of data exchanged between systems
Identify and drive improvements to integration workflows and processes
Maintain documentation for partner configurations and integration procedures

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3–5 years of experience in EDI, system integrations, or application support
Experience working with retail or eCommerce trading partners
Familiarity with EDI transaction sets (850, 855, 856, 810)
Experience with ERP systems (DMSI Agility, Syteline, Great Plains, and Woodware experience a plus)
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience onboarding retailers such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, or Wayfair
Familiarity with EDI platforms (SPS Commerce, TrueCommerce, Boomi, MuleSoft)
Understanding of integration methods (AS2, SFTP, APIs, middleware tools)
Background in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain operations
