Full Job Description

Echocardiographer – Level I Trauma Academic Teaching Hospital / Dedicated Heart Hospital

$20,000 Sign On Bonus, Relocation assistance, full (amazing) benefits, and near the beach!

Join a nationally recognized cardiac program at a leading academic medical center where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside highly specialized physicians while gaining exposure to advanced cardiac imaging, complex procedures, transplant services, and high-acuity patient populations. This role offers exceptional variety, professional growth, and the chance to practice at the forefront of cardiovascular care.

What You'll Do

Perform Transthoracic Echocardiograms (TTE)
Perform Stress Echocardiograms
Assist with and support Transesophageal Echocardiograms (TEE)
Complete Doppler ultrasound studies
Support imaging needs across:
Cardiac Non-Invasive Lab
Cath Lab
EP Lab
Operating Room (OR)
Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Bedside patient care
Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and interdisciplinary care teams
Maintain imaging quality standards and complete required documentation
Support both routine and complex cardiac cases in a fast-paced hospital environment

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Echocardiography experience
BLS certification required
RDCS or RCS required within 12 months of hire
Associate Degree in Cardiovascular Technology, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent experience
