As a Solutions Engineer at Congruity360 you have the exciting opportunity to help drive growth and shape the future of our market leading Classify360 solution in the USA. To become a part of the team, you need to be a great communicator, excel in the technical environment, as well as solve new challenges. Leveraging your excellent technical and relationship building skills, you will be implementing solution designs, modeling and analysis, and action workflows to solve customer data challenges. At Congruity360 every new customer initiative offers discovery and insights into a variety of companies and their unique business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

With your strong technical expertise and hands-on “make it happen” mentality, you will excel in proof-of-values (POV’s) and work collaboratively with our prospects & customers.
You are the lead technology consultant and a reliable, dependable advisor for our prospects, customers, and partners for the entire sales cycle of Classify360, including technical Q&A, solution design, technical configuration and customizations, and applying Classify360 functionality.
You will conduct technical product presentations and product demos, highlighting the core product features, and emphasizing the technical and business value.
Assist with technical documentation for internal or external use.

Your Profile:

You have extensive experience in a pre-sales technical role.
You excel at adapting well-defined and fuzzy customer business and technical requirements into a winning solution.
You apply machine learning, modeling, and other data analytics.
You are strong with coding including python, scripting, SQL queries.
You thrive with presenting complex technology to technical and business decision makers.
You identify technical champions and enable them to be successful.
You have a Bachelor’s Degree with 7-10+ years of relevant experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

PostgreSQL, Solr, Lucence, Elasticsearch, SQL server, Oracle
Postman, K9, Rest API,
Coding with python, SQL queries, scripting
Solution design, architecture
Unstructured and semi-structured data

Desired Skills:

Owner of Azure or AWS certifications.
Microsoft tech stack: Exchange, SharePoint, Office365, Teams, OneNote, etc.
Programming: JavaScript, Java, C#,
Data storage: Isilon, NetApp, Pure, file systems, and others.
Cloud: Azure, AWS, Google, Box, Dropbox, Slack, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, and others.
Data governance, records management, enterprise search, document management, eDiscovery.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or Data Analytics.
