Full Job Description

Location: Billerica, MA
Pay: Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (5 day in Office, No hybrid/ remote option)

What You’ll Do:
As an Engineering Recruiter, you’ll play a vital role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities. Your day-to-day will include:

Connecting with Talent: Calling, texting, and emailing candidates to evaluate their qualifications.
Qualifying Candidates: Conducting interviews, analyzing responses, verifying references, and aligning talent with job requirements.
Building Relationships: Establishing rapport with candidates and leveraging referrals to grow a robust talent pool.
Expanding Your Reach: Exploring new recruiting tools, job boards, and forums to enhance sourcing efforts.
Supporting the Team: Generating leads and referrals to assist our sales team in meeting client needs.
Ensuring Compliance: Managing hiring paperwork, including E-Verify, I-9 forms, and client-required screenings such as drug tests and background checks.
Collaborating for Success: Sharing ideas, strategies, and solutions during team meetings.
