As a Raz Coach, you will be responsible for guiding your client through our coaching program designed for neurodivergent individuals to support their growth in executive function skills and help them to reach their academic and life goals.
This is a flexible, 100% remote position. We are currently hiring part time coaches. Caseloads will be built at a sustainable pace while learning. A coaching certification is not required, as you will complete a 5 week inhouse certification program as part of your coach training.
*It’s important to note: our part-time roles are not gig work. Coaching here is a professional position with a meaningful commitment to clients, structure, and growth. We value consistency, collaboration, and the long-term relationships our coaches build with the families we serve.

ONLY HIRING IN THE FOLLOWING STATES:
Specific Tasks include but are not limited to:
- Intake assessment with clients
- Weekly sessions with clients, frequency based on program
- Follow coaching methodology and structure with all clients
- Clients messages and check ins for accountability and support between sessions
- Maintain session notes for all client sessions
- Monthly check-ins with parents and occasional meetings for additional support
- Participate in ongoing training, both self-directed and internally structured
Core Skills & Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year, verifiable remote work experience
- Minimum of a Bachelor Degree, Master’s Degree preferred
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple clients and tasks with care
- Reliable and dependable, with a strong sense of follow-through
- Flexible and adaptable, especially when navigating client needs or shifting schedules
- Comfortable with technology, including virtual platforms and digital tools. Proficient in google suites.
- Strong problem-solving skills, both independently and collaboratively
- Able to build rapport remotely, creating meaningful connections with clients online.
- Demonstrates openness and respect for different identities, backgrounds, and perspectives: including LGBTQ+ clients, neurodivergent learners, individuals with disabilities, and families from diverse cultural and socioeconomic experiences. - Must have verifiable work experience and pass background check.
Bonus Skills & Backgrounds
- Experience in case management, psychology, coaching, counseling, or education.
- Bilingual - especially Spanish fluency
- Experience with ADHD, executive function challenges, or neurodivergent learners
- Understanding of emotional regulation, motivation, and burnout
- Background in clinical or academic assessment, curriculum planning, or learning strategies
- Comfort with data tracking and using feedback to guide client progress

Wage/Earnings
- Earning potential at Raz Coaching Services is flexible and based on your availability, caseload, and client retention.
- Flexible scheduling: You choose your availability - coaches who offer evening hours often fill their caseloads faster
- Caseload size: Caseloads build as clients enroll. Caseloads are part time 1-10 clients.
- Room for growth: Coaches who are interested and qualified may grow into leadership, training, or program development roles
Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
