About the Company
This organization is a professional services and technology company operating two distinct but complementary business units: a regional managed IT services practice serving small and mid-market businesses across the Pacific Northwest and Desert Southwest, and a nationally focused healthcare IT practice serving physician groups, outpatient specialty clinics, and community hospitals.
The managed services business delivers cybersecurity, cloud solutions, helpdesk, and infrastructure management through a 24x7x365 operations model. The healthcare IT practice provides hosted clinical software, workflow automation, image management, and integration services to healthcare providers across the country. Combined, the company generates approximately $20 million in annual revenue and is positioned to grow significantly through organic expansion and disciplined acquisition.
The Opportunity
The company is seeking a proven CEO to lead its next phase of growth. The target is to scale from $20 million to $50 million in revenue over the next three to five years. The incoming leader will inherit a strong service reputation, an experienced team, geographic footholds in two regions, and a parent organization with capital and strategic appetite for the right opportunities.
This is a hands-on operating role. The right candidate will be equally comfortable setting the strategy and managing a P&L, closing enterprise relationships, and developing the leadership team needed to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Growth

- Drive pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategy across managed services and healthcare IT verticals.
- Represent the company externally with clients, partners, industry associations, and prospective acquisition targets.

Operations and Service Delivery
- Build the operational infrastructure, processes, and technology systems required to scale from a regional MSP to a multi-market platform.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across managed IT and healthcare IT lines, including 24x7 support operations and SLA compliance.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery efficiency, margin, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain and strengthen the company's cybersecurity posture and compliance posture across client environments.
Team Leadership
- Lead, develop, and hold accountable a senior leadership team across sales, operations, engineering, and client success.
- Build organizational capacity ahead of growth, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and cultural cohesion across offices.
- Integrate acquired teams and companies without disrupting service continuity or client relationships.
- Foster a culture of accountability, client focus, and continuous learning.
Parent Company and Board Alignment
- Report directly to the Board of Directors and maintain regular, transparent communication on performance, strategy, and risk.
- Collaborate effectively with parent company leadership on shared services, capital deployment, and strategic alignment.
- Operate with the autonomy of a standalone CEO while working within a holding company structure.
