The Opportunity
At VirtualPostMail, we are passionate about our job and our team. An important aspect of our company is that we strive for continuous growth by nurturing the professional and personal development of our team members. As a whole, we empower one another by creating an environment that allows our employees to work with their unique strengths to hone their skills. We also challenge each other to broaden our capabilities and perspectives. We are a fast-growing company that started in California. We provide solutions for companies and individuals around the world. We have been in business for over 10 years and have expanded to Nevada, Delaware, Florida, and Texas in recent years. As our plans for expansion continue, we are looking for additions to our team nationwide!
Our team is looking for an organized and detail-oriented individual with 7-10 years of experience in property management assistance and/or leasing operations to join our team.
In this role, you'll bridge the gap between traditional property management and modern corporate/personal compliance.
You'll serve as the primary specialist executing our core lease and compliance products. Your expertise will be used to draft, execute, and verify commercial and residential lease agreements, coordinate utility setups, and manage landlord-tenant documentation to help businesses and individuals. You'll also engage with our prospects and clients by answering customer calls and emails, and occasionally meeting with them to discuss our offerings.
Don't worry about the corporate compliance side; we only need your core leasing skills, and we will train you on the rest!
