What You’ll Do As A Machinery Mover / Millwright / Rigger
- Rig, move, install, and align industrial machinery
- Anchor, level, and set equipment to blueprint specs
- Perform millwright and fabrication work to support machinery moves
- Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, man-lifts, and rigging gear
- Read blueprints, drawings, and lift plans
- Complete JSAs, change orders, and quality documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient worksite
- Travel regionally to job sites across Ohio as needed
Typical Pay & Experience Tiers (Experience | Title | Hourly Rate)
- 0–2 Years | Millwright Rigger Apprentice | $20–$25/hr
- 2–5 Years | Experienced Millwright | $25–$30/hr
- 5+ Years | Journeyman Millwright | $30–$34/hr
- Lead | Millwright Foreman | $35–$50/hr+
Pay is based on verified experience and performance. Overtime is available, and team members are trained and promoted from within.

Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in rigging, millwrighting, or industrial installation
- Understanding of jobsite safety, rigging signals, and lifting equipment
- Ability to travel regionally and work occasional overtime
- Forklift and aerial/scissor-lift experience or certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and mechanical aptitude
Experience Preferred
- Experience with heavy lifts, presses, CNC machines, conveyors, or process equipment
- Overhead crane experience preferred
- Welding and torching experience a plus
