EXPERIENCED CNC Press Brake Operator – 2nd Shift
Nemesis Metals – Fond du Lac, WI

Nemesis Metals, a growing metal fabrication company serving diverse industries, seeks skilled and motivated CNC Press Brake Operators to join our team. If you have experience operating a press brake and take pride in producing high-quality work, we want to hear from you!

Position Details

Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
2nd Shift | Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate Amada and Ermaksan CNC press brakes (experience with these machines is preferred but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate)
Read and interpret manufactured drawings to ensure accurate part processing
Handle materials, including loading and unloading, in a safe and efficient manner.
Accurately count, tag, and route parts to the next production stage
Enter work order data into our paperless tracking system to maintain accurate production records.

Qualifications:

Ability to read and understand blueprints, tolerances, and inspection criteria
Proficiency in using standard measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, height gauges, etc.)
Ability to lift and move up to 75 lbs
Completion of operating and safety training as required
