We are looking for a skilled TIG Welder / Fabricator who takes pride in clean welds, tight tolerances, and craftsmanship. If you enjoy working with stainless, aluminum, and precision assemblies—and want to be part of a growing, forward-thinking shop—we want to talk to you.

This is not a repetitive production job. You will work on custom and precision fabrication projects where your skills actually matter.

What You'll Do

Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals
Fabricate components from prints and drawings
Fit, tack, and weld assemblies to precise tolerances
Grind, finish, and inspect welds for quality
Work with engineers and shop leadership on custom fabrication projects
Maintain a clean and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

2+ years TIG welding experience preferred
Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Experience with stainless steel and aluminum fabrication
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, hardworking, and motivated
