Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Finance and Insurance Manager to lead our automotive finance operations with enthusiasm and expertise. This pivotal role involves guiding customers through the financing process, structuring deals, and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in automotive sales, financial services, and customer relationship management, bringing energy and professionalism to every interaction. Your leadership will help drive sales success while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and regulatory compliance.

Duties

Manage the entire finance and insurance process, including loan approval, transaction structuring, and contract preparation to facilitate seamless vehicle sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, upselling insurance products, and explaining financing options clearly.
Oversee loan processing, credit analysis, title processing, and deal structuring to ensure accuracy and efficiency throughout the sales cycle.
Conduct negotiation sessions with customers to close deals effectively while adhering to dealership policies and financial regulations.
Stay updated on automotive industry regulations, financial compliance requirements, and changes in credit laws to ensure all transactions meet legal standards.
Utilize financial software proficiently for credit applications, transaction tracking, and documentation management; perform basic math calculations accurately for deal analysis.
Lead training initiatives for staff on automotive financing procedures, regulatory compliance, and customer service excellence.

Skills

Proven ability in customer relationship management (CRM), upselling insurance products, and providing outstanding customer service.
Strong background in financial services such as credit analysis, transaction structuring, loan officer experience, and deal negotiation.
Familiarity with automotive financing software systems and proficiency in 10-key typing for data entry accuracy.
Knowledge of financial regulatory compliance standards related to auto loans, including credit reporting laws and contract management.
Excellent math skills for calculating payments, interest rates, and deal structures accurately under pressure.
Ability to interpret contracts clearly while ensuring adherence to all legal requirements within the automotive sales industry.
