Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all phases of restoration projects, including fire, water, and storm damage repairs, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Coordinate and collaborate with various teams including engineers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
Implement project schedules and ensure projects are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets.
Maintain excellent customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients to keep them informed and satisfied throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsible for quality control and ensuring all work adheres to industry standards and regulations.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progression and quality, addressing any issues that may arise.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Prepare reports on project status, deliverables, and job costs for management review.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment within the team.
Available for 24/7 on-call emergency board-up services on a rotation.

Requirements

Minimum 2-5 years of proven experience in construction project management, preferably in property restoration services.
Strong experience handling a variety of projects including fire, water, and storm damage restoration, large loss reconstruction, and full rebuilds.
Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills, with a strong attention to detail.
Proficient in entering detailed job notes, processing change orders and handling other project-related administrative tasks in our system.
Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
Strong work ethic, integrity, and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
Must pass background and drug test.

Preferred Qualifications

OSHA 30 certification is a plus.
IICRC certification preferred.
