Full Job Description

Company Description: The March Group is dedicated to helping Community Associations, management companies, and educational and non-profit organizations build strong financial foundations. Through its proprietary Structured Asset Management Systems® process, the firm conducts a detailed Needs Based Analysis to understand each client’s specific requirements. This process drives the design and implementation of customized portfolios that support long-term growth and financial stability.

The March Group focuses on working with boards and financial professionals, helping them build long-term reserves, reinforcing organizational infrastructure and procedures, so clients can plan confidently for the future.

Role Description: The Operations Assistant is a part-time, remote position that supports the day-to-day operational activities of The March Group. This includes assisting with the coordination of internal processes, maintaining accurate records and documentation, and helping track client-related tasks and timelines. The position involves responding to internal and external inquiries, providing customer service support, and communicating clearly with team members to ensure smooth collaboration. The Operations Assistant will work closely with leadership and our team to support continuous improvement in processes and services.

Qualifications:

Strong foundation in Operations and Operations Management to support daily workflows, process coordination, and task tracking.
Effective Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication for internal collaboration and client-facing interactions.
Customer Service skills to handle inquiries professionally, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive stakeholder experience.
Understanding organizational attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a remote environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, contact management systems, (e.g., spreadsheets, CRM or database systems, video conferencing platforms).
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while collaborating with a high performing team.
Previous experience in operations, administration, finance, or a related field is preferred; experience supporting service-focused organizations.
Preference given to individuals with financial services experience and a series 7 and 63. (not necessary for doc prep and won’t be taking orders…most likely will save money here with unlicensed individual).

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
