FLIPUR is a real estate investment platform purpose-built for operators who raise capital and manage investor relationships. We give syndicators, fix-and-flip operators, and fund managers the tools they need to run professional capital raises, manage their cap table, host a branded investor portal, and handle distributions — all in one place.

We are a startup based in Huntington Beach, CA, in growth mode. Our founding team comes from within the real estate operator world, which means we have built this from the inside out. We know what operators actually need because we have lived it. We are looking for a sales rep who wants to be on the ground floor of something real.

The Role

You will be the first dedicated sales hire at FLIPUR. Your job is to get operators onto the platform. You will be prospecting, running demos, closing deals, and building relationships with real estate professionals who are actively raising capital or preparing to scale.

This is a full-cycle sales role. You will own the process from outreach to close. You will work directly with the founders, which means fast decisions, real feedback, and a direct line to the product.

We are building our first cohort of Founder Series operators, a group of early adopters who get preferred pricing and direct input on product direction. You will be the person bringing them in.

What You Will Do

Prospect and qualify real estate operators, syndicators, and fund managers as potential Flipur users.
Run platform demos and walk prospects through the full value proposition.
Manage your pipeline in Close CRM with clean activity logging and follow-up cadences.
Close inbound and outbound leads with a consultative approach.
Build relationships within the real estate investment community, including with agents, wholesalers, and capital allocators who can refer operators.
Provide direct feedback to the founding team on objections, market positioning, and product gaps.
Hit monthly close targets and track your own performance.

Who You Are

At least 1 to 2 years of sales experience, ideally in SaaS, fintech, or real estate tech.
You know how to run a demo that actually converts.
Comfortable prospecting cold and following up until you get a yes or a no.
Real estate industry knowledge is a strong plus.
Self-directed — you do not need a manager to set your schedule.
Honest with prospects and with your team.
You want to be part of something at an early stage where your results actually shape the company.

Compensation

This role is built on a model that rewards consistency and compounds over time. The structure is intentionally designed so that your effort in the early months pays dividends for years, not just the week you close a deal.

Founder Series (Months 1 to 3)

You come in during our founding operator push, which means you earn at a per-deal rate designed to reward early movers who help us build the initial cohort. Beyond the close, every operator you bring on generates ongoing monthly residual income for as long as they stay active on the platform.

Regular (Month 4 onward)

Once the platform enters full commercial phase, the per-close rate steps up significantly, and your residual book continues compounding alongside it. The operators you closed in month one are still paying you in month twelve. That math builds quickly.

The compensation structure here is not flat. It is a compounding asset. The reps who move fast in the early months are positioned to have a paycheck that looks materially different by the end of their first year than it did on day one.
