JOB DESCRIPTION:

QUALIFICATIONS:

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills.

The ideal candidate should have at least 1 - 2 years of experience in a medical office.

The ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work well under pressure is essential.

Experience working in medical administrative / front desk role Mental and behavioral health helpful, but not mandatory.

Adaptable to ever changing workload responsibilities and tasks
Ability to follow direction and have good time management skills
Ability to work as a team player
Basic understanding of HIPAA
Ability to pass a background check
Ability to pass a comprehensive drug screening
GED or high school diploma
MAs/RNs are preferrable

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job responsibilities are but not limited to:

Perform general administrative duties such as answering phone calls
Maintain, update and create new client charts and databases
Scheduling appointments for providers
Collecting front and back copies of the insurance cards
Verifying insurances eligibility
Collecting copays

POSITION:

Full-time - 40 hours per week
Office hours are 8-4:30 Monday-Friday
The position has a 90-day probationary period.
Pays $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
