Ops Solutions LLC

Location: Columbus, OH (On-site / Regional)

Compensation: $24-$26 /hour + Guaranteed Overtime | $50,000 – $65,000+ expected Year 1 (Based on overtime, safety bonuses, and incentives)

Other Pay Opportunities

Sign-On Bonus: $500

The Schedule & Route

We operate on predictable, highly structured regional shifts designed to give you maximum home time while ensuring consistent, high-yield hours:

37-Hour Round-Trip Shifts: 13-hour run ➔ 10-hour federally mandated break (in a luxury sleeper cab) ➔ 13-hour return run.
Weekly Commitment: Averaging 3.5 shifts per week (minimum 46 hours guaranteed).

What We are Looking For:

We prioritize safety above all else. To join our elite driving team, you must meet the following:

Age: Must be at least 21 years old.
License: Active, valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A).
Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of verifiable CDL-A driving experience.
Safety Record: Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and a strong DAC report (no current CDL suspensions or revocations).
Screenings: Must successfully pass a DOT Physical, background check, and pre-employment drug screen.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using smartphones and apps for navigation, dispatch, and hours tracking (e.g., GPS, ELD, Amazon Relay).
Language: Must be able to speak, read, and write in English to navigate highway signs and communicate effectively with dispatch and the public.
