DATING COACH

Remote (U.S.) | Full-Time | Base + Uncapped Commission

The Match Artist helps men transform their dating lives through high quality, natural, and authentic photography and coaching.

We're a small, tight team that genuinely cares about our clients. We're hiring one person to be the trusted voice that guides someone from "my photos don't look like me and dating feels hopeless" to "I can't believe this is working."

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO

Run our Strategy Session calls (sales). People apply, you call them. You'll spend the first part of every call listening — understanding their dating life and what they

actually want. When it's a fit, you'll walk them through how we work and enroll them. Consultative, human selling — no robotic scripts, no sleaze.

Coach clients on their dating life. Once they're in, you're their guide: help select and crop their final photos, optimize their profiles end-to-end, and teach them how to

actually message matches so conversations turn into dates.

The day to day will be a mix of meetings with guys to design their dating profiles and answer dating related questions and talking with new potential clients about how we can help them get from where they are at right now to the dating life they dream of and ideally finding their life partner.

In addition, we offer coaching packages where you’ll be paid to dive deep and coach men through their dating life after they get new photos done.

- You get modern dating — or you're hungry to go deep on it fast.

- You're hungry and coachable — our last person in this seat grew into a Director-level role.

- Sales / closing / high-ticket phone sales experience

- A background in coaching, matchmaking, or counseling
