Full Job Description

The Senior Development Manager plays a key role in driving the success of multifamily and affordable housing projects, with a strong focus on LIHTC developments. This position is responsible for identifying and evaluating new development opportunities, building strategic relationships, and managing projects from site selection through construction completion. The ideal candidate will have deep experience navigating the complexities of affordable housing programs, including local and federal compliance, community engagement, and public-private partnerships.

Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders—such as municipalities, housing authorities, investors, and design/construction partners, the Development Manager ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the mission to create high-quality, sustainable housing. This role requires a proactive, collaborative leader who can balance regulatory requirements with creative problem- solving to bring impactful housing solutions to life.
