With 6 locations along the front range and over 40 years of A+ ratings from the BBB, Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging, LLC has a long tradition of delivering state-of-the-art imaging to our community.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, career-oriented applicants to join our team.

Colorado Springs Radiologists, PC/PENRAD Imaging has a full time Receptionist/Billing Clerk position available (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday).

If you are committed to providing exceptional reception and billing services with compassion, kindness, and accuracy, we are looking for you.

As a PENRAD Imaging Receptionist/Billing Clerk, you will utilize your expertise to:

Provide all receptionist duties; all phone duties, greeting visitors/vendors, including answering and transferring incoming calls at the front desk in a professional, courteous manner,
Print, sort, verify, and mail all paper claims,
Scan daily correspondence and handwritten appeals for Claims Representatives,
Work HCFA Review and Statement Review in the billing system daily and make any corrections needed,
Demonstrate exceptional customer service, and
Demonstrate PENRAD Imaging’s core values at all times to patients and coworkers: Compassion, Respect, Integrity, Innovation and Excellence

Qualified applicants will require:

High School Diploma or GED
Basic computer skills
Experience in the insurance billing industry
