Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Warehouse Innovation Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives within our warehouse operations. In this role, you will drive the development and implementation of cutting-edge projects that enhance efficiency, optimize processes, and foster continuous improvement. Your leadership will ensure that projects align with organizational goals, leverage best practices in project management methodologies, and deliver measurable results. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of warehouse logistics through strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and innovative problem-solving.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of warehouse innovation projects utilizing Agile, Waterfall, and other project management methodologies to ensure timely and within-budget completion.
Develop comprehensive program strategies by conducting requirements gathering, process mapping, and business process modeling to identify opportunities for operational enhancements.
Manage project portfolios by prioritizing initiatives based on business impact, resource availability, and risk assessments using tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, or Smartsheet.
Facilitate cross-functional meetings to coordinate project activities, resolve conflicts, and ensure stakeholder alignment through effective communication skills and negotiation.
Apply Lean Six Sigma principles and Kaizen techniques to analyze root causes of operational inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions that promote continuous improvement.
Oversee vendor management and IT infrastructure integration to support project implementation while maintaining quality management standards.
Monitor project progress through earned value management, scope management, risk management, and schedule tracking to ensure successful delivery aligned with organizational objectives.

Skills

Extensive experience in project management lifecycle including scope management, time management, cost control, and risk management.
Proven leadership in supervising teams and managing multiple projects within a program development environment.
Strong expertise in business process analysis, requirements analysis, process management, and technical writing.
Proficiency with PPM tools such as Primavera P6, Primavera P3, Basecamp or equivalent project scheduling software; familiarity with Jira, Trello, Confluence or SharePoint is preferred.
Skilled in data analysis techniques including data collection and vendor management to inform decision-making processes.
Knowledge of IT project management practices involving ERP systems or content management systems for seamless integration of new solutions.
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly across diverse audiences.
Demonstrated competency in change management strategies to facilitate organizational adoption of new processes or technologies.
Ability to manage project budgets effectively while maintaining focus on quality standards using methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Six Sigma frameworks.
