Job Description

Technology Digest Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to support a major public-sector client . Extensive experience in enterprise Windows environments, Microsoft System Center, Microsoft 365, and cloud infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will serve as a technical leader responsible for enterprise infrastructure operations, modernization initiatives, and cloud upgrade projects while working closely with cross-functional IT teams. This is 6 months contractual role with possibility of extension.

Responsibilities

Design, support, and maintain enterprise Windows infrastructure.
Upgrade and modernize enterprise infrastructure systems, including Microsoft System Center.
Monitor and manage Microsoft Windows Server, networking infrastructure, and Microsoft 365 environments.
Provide technical leadership for infrastructure and cloud upgrade projects.
Support IT teams using ITIL-based incident, problem, and request management processes.
Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with application teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.
Ensure infrastructure reliability, security, and high availability.
Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation and best practices.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of enterprise Windows Server administration experience.
Minimum 5 years of Microsoft System Center (SCCM, SCOM, Configuration Manager, or related products).
Minimum 5 years of Microsoft 365 administration.
Strong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure architecture.
Experience supporting large enterprise IT environments.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Must currently reside in Minnesota.
