Full Job Description

Job Summary:

**NOT A REMOTE ROLE, CANDIDATE MUST RESIDE IN OR BE WILLING TO RELOCATE TO OR AROUND MIDDLE TENNESSEE (37067)**

The Intelligence Analyst will play a critical role in supporting intelligence operations, which is vital in providing holistic security for our clients. The incumbent will provide intelligence support for executive protection, event protection, physical security, and travel security by identifying, assessing, investigating, and mitigating threats. This position requires expertise in intelligence gathering, risk assessment, and strategic threat analysis to ensure client safety and continuity of operations.

Major Responsibilities:

Threat Identification and Analysis:

Monitor open-source intelligence, social media, and specialized security databases for potential threats to clients, events, and operations.
Assess the credibility, severity, and likelihood of identified threats.
Provide timely analysis and recommendations based on threat assessments.

Support Executive Protection Operations:

Collaborate with executive protection teams to identify all threats that could impede operations.
Conduct digital advances and site analysis for executive movements.
Provide real-time intelligence support during travel and events.
Assist in developing security policies.

Risk Assessment and Reporting:

Conduct/assist in security threat investigations by conducting open-source and social media research and making recommendations.
Prepare detailed threat assessment reports, including actionable recommendations.
Develop maintain a developed risk matrix to prioritize and address identified threats.
Contribute in the development and maintenance of operational plans for Executive Protection and Event Protection events.

Collaboration and Liaison:

Act as a liaison with law enforcement to provide pertinent information related to the safety of our clients.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure holistic threat coverage.
Training and Awareness:
Assist in developing training programs and writing SOPS for the intelligence team.
Conduct briefings on situational awareness and threat trends for executives and relevant personnel.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Behaviors:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
Proficiency in intelligence tools, databases, and monitoring platforms.
Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work under pressure in dynamic environments.
Familiarity with travel risk management and domestic/global security concerns.
Knowledge of physical security principles, methods, and practices.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered.
2+ years of experience in threat analysis, intelligence, or a related security role, preferably supporting executive protection and event protection, or should have equivalent law enforcement experience and/or military experience with a specialty in threat analysis.
Proven experience with physical security risk assessments and threat mitigation strategies.

Nice to Have:

Experience in law enforcement, military intelligence, or corporate security.
Completion of a certified program in intelligence or a closely related field.

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
