Internet Installer and Technician responsibilities will include:

Broadband wireless and fiber installations - the company will supply training!
Perform initial broadband setup as well as troubleshoot and repair high speed wireless internet service for customers.
Climbing ladders and roofs.
Working with power tools and equipment.
Have reliable transportation.
Maintain a positive image of NeuBeam.
Handle service calls and interactions.
Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
Continually improve knowledge of equipment and technologies used by NeuBeam.

Internet Installer requirements include having a caring attitude towards customer needs and expectations, a positive mental attitude, and a willingness to learn our systems and practices. Candidates should have the ability and willingness to handle customer interaction in a professional and courteous manner. Candidate should have a clean driving record. Occasional work on nights/weekends will be required. This position is based out of our Onancock, VA office.
