Vasu Skin Solutions is seeking a polished, professional, and highly motivated Front Desk Coordinator to join our Vasu Internship Program.

This is not just a front desk position.

This is an opportunity to begin your career in medical aesthetics while learning from experienced providers in one of Boulder’s leading aesthetic practices.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with Vasu. Our goal is to develop future aesthetic professionals from within whenever possible.

At Vasu, we believe exceptional providers are developed through mentorship, education, hands-on experience, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in aesthetics.

You will begin by mastering patient experience, scheduling, communication, and practice operations while learning the science, technology, and artistry behind advanced aesthetic treatments.

For exceptional candidates who demonstrate professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic, Vasu may provide mentorship, advanced training opportunities, and assistance pursuing laser education as part of their professional development.

What You Will Do

Create an exceptional experience for every client who visits Vasu
Answer phones, texts, emails, and online inquiries professionally and promptly
Schedule appointments and maintain an efficient daily schedule
Support providers and help ensure smooth daily operations
Learn our treatments, technologies, and skincare offerings
Assist with client follow-up and relationship building
Maintain a clean, organized, beautiful, and welcoming environment
Help solve problems before they become problems
Look for opportunities to improve systems and client experience
Support the team wherever needed
Bring positive energy, professionalism, and accountability every day

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited Colorado aesthetics program or a graduate of an accredited aesthetics program
Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, wellness, and helping people look and feel their best
Professional, polished, dependable, and coachable
Friendly, confident, and comfortable communicating with clients
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Excellent time-management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
