Senior Technical Program ManagerDaeda Technologies, LLC

Location: Fully Remote
Employment Type: Full-Time or Contract
Compensation: Competitive and based on experience.

About the Role

Daeda Technologies is looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of multiple software applications across a small, distributed engineering team.

This is not a traditional project management role. We are looking for a systems thinker who can operate at the intersection of business requirements and technical implementation—someone who can connect disparate ideas, navigate ambiguity, and drive execution across multiple domains.

You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including planning, software development, QA, release management, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of multiple software initiatives from concept to production.
Coordinate a small, remote engineering team.
Translate business goals into actionable technical plans.
Drive prioritization, execution, testing, and releases.
Identify risks, dependencies, and gaps before they become problems.
Establish lightweight processes that improve delivery and accountability.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Use AI tools thoughtfully across business and technical workflows while keeping human judgment, review, and accountability in the loop.

Desired Experience

Experience with some or all of the following technologies is beneficial:

Node.js
Python
AWS, including Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, and ECS/EKS
MongoDB
REST APIs and microservices
CI/CD pipelines
Docker and cloud-native applications
AI-assisted workflows for architecture, planning, documentation, development, QA, or implementation
