Full Job Description

Our client is seeking an IT Site Analyst to join their team. As a Site Analyst, you will be part of the corporate IT department supporting internal users.

Job Title: IT Site Analyst

Location: Brecksville Ohio

Pay Range:$25-$29/hr

What’s the Job?

Install and support meeting room equipment conforming to IT standards for conferencing.

Support labs, special builds, and emergency support as scheduled or on an ad-hoc basis.

Provide local support for networks, servers, and security, including hardware replacements.

Enhance communication and problem-solving skills continuously and develop more efficient support methods.

Participate in projects to improve service quality and foster technical and career development.

Identify recurring support issues and create problem tickets.

Assist in the global rollout of new applications and provide support at local sites.

Educate and train local site users on IT systems and processes.

Collaborate with vendors or third parties for issue resolution or upgrades at local sites.

Perform electrical safety checks on computer equipment at local sites.

What’s Needed?

The ideal candidate should possess a technical degree with 3-6 years of relevant experience, along with the following competencies:

Strong communication skills, including the ability to listen actively and convey empathy.

Customer service expertise, ensuring consistent, positive experiences for end users and proactive issue resolution.

Analytical problem-solving abilities, utilizing all resources to resolve or foresee issues, and updating processes and knowledge bases accordingly.

Effective time management, setting realistic expectations for issue resolution with end users.

Team collaboration, offering and receiving feedback, sharing knowledge, yet capable of independent work with minimal supervision.

Relationship-building capabilities, fostering both internal and external relationships, and establishing rapport with end users efficiently.

Multi-tasking proficiency, with a focus on prioritizing work effectively.
