Full Job Description

1. Professional requirements:

① Master's degree in related major, with the qualified licensed Architectural designer / Engineer (the copy of qualification certificate must be submitted when applying for the job);

② Working experience: continuous working in real estate construction industry, more than 10 years in related career (submit working experience); Relevant professional experiences mainly refer to:

1) Engaged in architectural design in a professional design company;

2) Engaged in professional and technical management work in housing construction company, including project supervision.

③ Familiar with the real estate development, housing construction related laws and regulations and construction management process of Minnesota and its subordinate cities and counties.

④ Be able to read and understand all kinds of construction drawings, according to different terrain and landform. Be able to skillfully make the general plan which will meet the requirements of the government, and be able to design and make conventional architectural drawings.

⑤ Construction supervisor experience is preferred.

2 Position: Manager or Deputy Manager of Housing Engineering Department.

3 Job/Duties:

① Prepare project planning and design proposal;

② Review and assess the conditions and qualifications of the real estate project consulting firms participating in the bidding, and recommend the best consulting firm to company;

③ Writing and compiling design requirements;

④ Review the master plan of the project and the design drawing of housing construction engineering;

⑤ Draw up the plan for the commencement and completion of the project, organize and guide the application for the government construction permit, organize and guide the quality acceptance of the whole construction process, and submit the application for the occupancy permit to the government after the completion of the construction;

⑥ Assessment and recruitment of project supervision, inspection and selection of construction units for specific projects.

4 Compensation: Base Salary: $200,000 per year. Incentive Compensation: Performance-based bonus and/or commission, based on project outcomes and individual performance. Full-time work (full-time working hours according to the local law).

5 Location: Plymouth MN

6 Term of employment: Initial employment term: 1 year. Renewable based on performance and company needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
