PINKYS ZOHO Developer

Location: Vernon, Los Angeles, California

Employment Type: Full Time

About the Role

PINKYS is looking for a Zoho Developer to oversee our ongoing and upcoming INVENTORY / CRM projects . This person will ensure that all INVENTORY / CRM initiatives are executed efficiently, meet company goals, and support better data-driven decisions across departments.

The ideal candidate has strong project management skills, an analytical mindset, and enough technical understanding to communicate effectively with developers — without necessarily being one.

What You’ll Do

Create and implement strategies to improve customer relationships, including developing universal procedures for customer interaction and managing the inventory / CRM system itself
Oversee the accuracy and maintenance of customer data within the CRM system, analyzing customer information to identify trends and patterns for better targeting.
Work with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure they are effectively using the CRM system and data to maximize sales growth.
Build workflows to streamline sales and marketing processes and suggest new methods to address customer needs and enhance customer experiences.
Develop campaigns and strategies focused on increasing customer loyalty and acquiring new customers.
Track progress, manage priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
Oversee the organization’s Zoho CRM setup, workflows, automations, and integrations.
Identify process improvements and propose CRM enhancements to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
Document system processes, configurations, and best practices.
Create, analyze, and present CRM reports and dashboards for leadership.
Translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align CRM strategies with company goals.
Create training programs to help our team members utilize the CRM system properly, ensuring consistent and effective utilization of the technology.
The ability to analyze large amounts of data and understand customer behaviors.
Strong communication, empathy, and leadership abilities to manage both customers and internal teams effectively.
To develop innovative strategies for customer relationship management.
A solid understanding of CRM software and how to use its features to benefit the business

What You Bring

5+ years of Zoho project management experience
Understanding of CRM database structure, workflows, and automation tools.
Comfortable reading or understanding software logic (Deluge HTML, SQL, JavaScript, or API calls a plus).
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Computer science degree preferred
Must speak English well to communicate with our team effectively.
