Role Overview

As a Junior Developer, you will be diving deeper into the world of full-stack development, playing a pivotal role in both front-end and back-end operations. Your responsibilities will include learning the codebase, contributing to software design, developing new builds, performing upgrades and op, and implementing features. We're looking for someone who can balance technical skills with a love for problem-solving and innovation.

To ensure success in this role, it's essential to possess a solid foundation in .NET programming languages. Equally important is your aptitude for quickly learning new technology, working efficiently within a small team environment, and offering support to the IT team while continually improving your coding and design skills.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Splash and Dash team on development and troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain responsive web/mobile applications.
Conduct troubleshooting, defect fixing, testing, and deployment.
Document systems/applications for future maintenance and upgrades.
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of centralized automation systems.

Required Technical Skills

C# / VB .NET - 2+ years minimum experience
JavaScript / JQuery - 2+ years minimum experience
SQL - 2+ year minimum experience
Mobile UI (Xamarin / MAUI / XAML) - 1+ year minimum experience
IIS
Legacy & Modern .NET frameworks
