Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are a Regenerative Wellness Clinic, seeking a dedicated and energetic Certified Medical Assistant with Phlebotomy Experience to join our Team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional concierge patient care by performing clinical and Labratory duties. Your expertise in phlebotomy, medical assisting, and patient care will ensure smooth clinic operations and positive patient experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse specialties including Biodentical Hormone Replacement, Wellness Longevity, and Biologic Stem Cell and Exosome Products. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about Regenerative medicine and Wellness.

Responsibilities

Perform phlebotomy procedures accurately and efficiently to obtain blood samples for laboratory testing
Assist with patient intake, including vital signs , SECA Body Scans, medical history documentation, and initial assessments.
Assist the Physician with Procedures and Treatments, Medications
Manage electronic health records (EHR/EHR systems), ensuring accurate documentation of patient encounters, medical history, and treatment plans.
Provide exceptional patient service by addressing inquiries, explaining procedures, and ensuring comfort throughout visits.
Support medical office management tasks including appointment scheduling, inventory of back office and lab supplies.

Skills

Proven experience in medical office settings with strong knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy.
Skilled in phlebotomy techniques with certification; familiar with laboratory specimen handling protocols.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation and electronic health records management.
Excellent patient service skills with a compassionate approach to diverse populations .
Strong organizational and communication skills
