Role and Responsibilities:

Operate as a strong independent contributor on client projects, delivering high-quality work across defined tasks and deliverables.
Support workstreams within larger consulting engagements by conducting research, gathering requirements, and developing recommendations.
Create deliverables such as process maps, presentations, and documentation that drive client decision-making and project success.
Apply critical thinking and structured problem-solving to client challenges, ensuring solutions are practical and actionable.
Collaborate closely with team members and client stakeholders, contributing to a positive and professional client experience.
Contribute industry knowledge and insights that support the design of operating models and solutions for investment management clients.
Participate in internal initiatives such as knowledge sharing, recruitment, and firm-building activities.

Qualifications:

Consulting or related professional experience within the asset and investment management industry.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
Proven ability to produce high-quality deliverables (presentations, reports, documentation) in client-facing settings.
Clear and professional communication skills, with confidence in presenting to both business and technical audiences.
Collaborative team player who thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments.
Familiarity with investment management platforms, operating models, or technology solutions is preferred.
Willingness to travel as needed to client sites.
