Duties

Engage with prospective clients to promote private insurance products, including Limited Benefit products, ACA, Medicare, and Life Insurance products.
Conduct thorough needs analysis by asking targeted questions to understand clients’ insurance requirements and financial goals.
Present customized insurance options, clearly explaining coverage details, benefits, and policy terms to facilitate informed decision-making.
Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation within CRM systems.
Stay current on industry regulations, insurance products, and compliance standards like HIPAA and state-specific regulations to ensure ethical sales practices.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that expand client base through telemarketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.

Skills

Proven experience in telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong verbal skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and close deals confidently.
Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer populations effectively.
Solid understanding of insurance regulation, particularly for FFM/CMS
Knowledge of benefits administration and customer service principles to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Analysis skills for assessing client needs accurately and recommending suitable coverage options.
Familiarity with sales administration tools, CRM software, and marketing techniques to streamline processes and maximize outreach efforts.
