Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of commercial or industrial facilities. This role involves managing facilities maintenance teams, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high standards of building performance. The ideal candidate will bring a proactive approach to managing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, while fostering a safe and efficient environment for tenants and staff. As a Property Manager, you will play a vital role in coordinating maintenance activities, supervising team members, and implementing project management strategies to optimize facility operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee the management and supervision of facilities maintenance teams, ensuring all tasks adhere to safety regulations and industry standards.
Develop and implement maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and other building infrastructure.
Coordinate routine inspections and troubleshooting of mechanical systems using schematics, wiring diagrams, and testing tools such as ohmmeters.
Manage facilities maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, preventive maintenance, and asset records.
Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards by conducting safety audits, training staff on safety protocols, and maintaining accurate safety documentation.
Supervise projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, including managing contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion within budget.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety procedures to support operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Lead efforts in managing high voltage and low voltage electrical systems as well as mechanical troubleshooting for HVAC systems repair and industrial maintenance needs.

Skills

Proven management experience with strong leadership skills in supervising facilities maintenance teams.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing system maintenance, and HVAC system repair.
Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite for reporting, communication, and project documentation purposes.
Experience with CMMS software for work order management and asset tracking.
Deep understanding of OSHA regulations related to industrial maintenance and facilities management safety standards.
Ability to read schematics accurately and utilize testing tools such as ohmmeters for electrical diagnostics.
Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently while managing deadlines.
Knowledge of manufacturing environments or industrial settings is highly desirable.
Excellent communication skills in English for effective team supervision and stakeholder engagement.
