This role reports directly to a Creative Director where you will work closely to deliver results for each assigned client.

What You'll Do

Prep and strategize for high-level founders on content that has viral potential.
Collaborate with Creative to prep and create content that aligns with client brands.
Manage 3–5 projects simultaneously, hitting deadlines and maintaining high quality.
Manage distribution of content and flex your YouTube management skillset.

What You Bring

1–3+ years experience in YouTube content creation with an understanding of key psychology principles.
Skillset in Premiere Pro and Adobe Photoshop/Canva.
An eye for engaging visual storytelling.
Ability to work during overlapping MST hours (6 AM–10 AM MST).
Great time management, communication skills, and attention to detail.
