About the role

We're looking for a Payments Implementation Manager to work on high-impact payments initiatives throughout the business, using insight to solve challenges, scale processes, and deliver better outcomes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

Acting as the primary point of contact for Fedwire and the US payments ecosystem
Owning the development, governance, and performance of US payment capabilities and infrastructure
Building relationships with the Federal Reserve, payment systems, banking partners, and industry stakeholders
Translating regulatory and market requirements into product, operational, and technical solutions
Partnering with Product, Engineering, Treasury, and Operations teams to scale and enhance US payment services

What you'll need

4+ years of experience owning or managing Fedwire, wire, treasury services, or US payment products within a fintech or bank
A solid understanding of Fedwire and the US payments ecosystem
Experience interacting with the Federal Reserve, payment systems, correspondent banks, or industry bodies
Expertise in delivering payment product enhancements, implementations, or infrastructure changes
In-depth knowledge of payments regulation, operational risk, and scheme governance

Compensation range

US: $156,750 - $165,000 gross annually*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
