Full Job Description

Step into a dynamic role as a Senior IT Project Manager, where you'll lead innovative projects with precision in a fast-paced environment. Drive solution delivery excellence and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and completion of IT projects, ensuring successful outcomes.

Coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams and external partners to meet project milestones.

Monitor progress proactively and address challenges to ensure efficient project delivery.

Communicate updates, risks, and issues to stakeholders and relevant parties.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and organization policies.

Conduct quality assessments and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Manage budgeting and scheduling to ensure timely project deliveries.

Promote a collaborative and continuously improving team culture.

Skills

Proven expertise in IT project management, focusing on application-related projects.

Strong ability to design and manage comprehensive project schedules and financial plans.

Exceptional problem-solving skills and effective decision-making abilities.

Completion of a four-year degree is required.

Preferred Skills

PMP certification is advantageous.

Proficiency in project and portfolio management methodologies and tools.

Experience with change and risk management strategies.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, translating technical language into business terms.

Leadership skills emphasizing emotional intelligence and adaptive leadership styles.
