Field Sales Manager

Join PMX Industries – Driving Growth Through Customer Partnerships

PMX Industries, a nationally recognized leader in high-quality copper precision metal alloys, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Field Sales Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives on building customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

This position is primarily office-based with occasional time spent in our production facilities and requires frequent domestic and international travel.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve assigned territory sales goals and support overall company growth objectives.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Lead contract development and negotiations to support long-term customer partnerships.
Forecast customer demand and provide accurate sales projections.
Prepare and analyze booking reports, including variances to forecasts and business plans.
Develop monthly Demand Plans to support the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
Create monthly business forecasts based on current and anticipated customer demand.
Analyze customer bookings, market trends, and production capabilities to support strategic and tactical business decisions.
Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, promoting a safe work environment for employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, training, or a combination of education and experience that demonstrates equivalent knowledge and skills.
Strong leadership, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, and planning skills.
Ability to understand, interpret, and explain technical concepts to customers and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency with PCs and standard business software applications.
Ability to communicate effectively in English for all business and job-related transactions.
Successful completion of pre-employment screening requirements.

Physical Requirements
