Overview

Currently our client, a Japanese Entertainment company, is looking for a Store IT Infrastructure Senior Manager.

【Position】Store IT Infrastructure Senior Manager

【Location】Cerritos, CA

【Compensation】$97,000-$100,000

【Schedule】MONDAY - FRIDAY: 9:00 - 18:00

(Thursday and Friday will be home office days.)

【Hiring Syle】Direct hiring, Full-time

Responsibilities

Lead IT infrastructure and technology deployment projects for new and existing store locations.
Coordinate installation, configuration, and maintenance of POS systems, network equipment, workstations, printers, payment terminals, and other store technology hardware.
Manage store IT setup activities during new store openings, relocations, and remodel projects.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
Oversee POS system implementation, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support.
Manage SKU/product-related system configurations and integrations.
Monitor and improve store technology performance, reliability, and security.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and support processes.
Lead IT-related projects, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
Provide technical guidance and support to store operations team.
Identify opportunities to improve processes, standardize deployments, and enhance operational efficiency.
Manage external vendors and service providers while ensuring compliance with company IT standards.

Qualifications

Experience supporting retail technology, POS systems, or store IT infrastructure
Experience setting up, deploying, and troubleshooting IT hardware in retail, restaurant, hospitality, entertainment, or multi-location environments
Hands-on experience with POS system installation, configuration, and support
Experience supporting new store openings, technology rollouts, or multi-site deployments
5+ years of experience in project management and people management
Experience managing vendors, contractors, and third-party technology providers
Strong project management and coordination skills
Knowledge of networking fundamentals, Windows environments, and IT hardware support
Experience with inventory, SKU management, or retail operations systems is highly preferred
Experience with both back-end and front-end development
Proficient in using Microsoft apps such as Excel using VBA macros

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $97,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
