Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team, sell service offerings, and oversee shop operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, proven leadership skills, and the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively. This role focuses on driving sales growth, managing staff schedules, training, and performance management, without requiring vehicle repair or mechanical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Sell service offerings to customers, promoting value and building long-term relationships.
Manage shop operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
Monitor sales metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and develop actionable strategies.
Experience in scheduling, training, and performance management.
Customer-focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
