Full Job Description

Plant Controller – High-Impact Role (Meriden, CT Area)

If you’re a Plant Controller (or ready to step into one) who wants real ownership, visibility, and influence , this is the kind of role that doesn’t come around often.

We’re working with a well-established manufacturing company in the Meriden area that needs someone to step in and own the financial performance of a plant . This is not a back-office reporting role — you’ll be embedded with operations, helping drive decisions that directly impact cost, margin, and overall business performance.

What You’ll Own

Full responsibility for plant financials — close, reporting, forecasting, and analysis
Deep involvement in costing, inventory, and variance analysis
Partnering directly with plant leadership to drive performance and accountability
Building and improving financial visibility, KPIs, and reporting tools
Supporting CapEx decisions and long-term planning
Identifying and executing on cost savings and process improvements
