Full Job Description

Position Overview

Centerpointe Research Institute, founded in 1989, is a leader in personal development technology, reaching hundreds of thousands of people worldwide through our flagship Holosync brainwave entrainment program. We're a lean, fast-moving direct-response marketing team where email is our primary revenue channel, and every send matters.

We're looking for a full-time CRM & Email Marketing Assistant who is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and genuinely excited about using AI tools to work smarter. You'll support email execution, list management, campaign tracking, and reporting, and you'll grow into owning these systems over time. If you're someone who takes initiative, picks things up quickly, and cares about doing the job right, this role is a great place to start.

Key Responsibilities

Email & CRM Support

Build, test, and deploy marketing emails in Keap and Mailchimp under the direction of the marketing team, with careful QA before every send
Support list segmentation and help maintain automated workflows
Use AI tools to speed up template creation, campaign setup, and routine tasks
Assist with list hygiene using tools like ZeroBounce; help keep bounce rates and spam complaints within healthy thresholds
Learn to monitor deliverability metrics: inbox placement, sender reputation, and send performance
Document assets, templates, and workflows in Notion
Make sure every email you touch aligns with the purpose it's meant to serve

Campaign Tracking & Reporting

Assist with UTM parameters and tracking links so traffic and conversions are attributed accurately
Help maintain Google Sheets dashboards that consolidate data from multiple platforms
Support daily marketing performance reporting: email metrics, campaign results, list health
Use AI to help identify patterns and flag anomalies in data
Learn our proprietary software for tracking campaign performance and deliverability

AI Integration

Develop a working toolkit of AI tools relevant to marketing operations
Bring curiosity and initiative to finding ways AI can reduce manual work
Stay current on new tools and share what you're learning with the team

Qualifications

Comfortable with email marketing, CRM tools, or general marketing operations
Genuinely excited about AI tools and actively using them, even outside of work
Highly organized and comfortable managing details across multiple tasks
Proficient in Google Sheets or willing to develop that skill quickly
Strong written communication: you can explain what you're seeing in data in plain language
Self-directed and willing to ask good questions
