Responsibilities

Develop and implement engaging social media content strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor interactions, and analyze performance metrics.
Create visually appealing graphics and videos using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Creative Suite, and media editing tools to enhance content appeal.
Conduct social listening to monitor brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities; utilize insights to refine marketing strategies.
Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices for content writing to improve visibility in search engine results.
Analyze digital marketing performance using Google Analytics, web analytics tools, and social media analytics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform future initiatives.
Engage with customers through social media communication channels by providing prompt support, resolving inquiries, and managing relationships to foster loyalty.
Collaborate with the marketing team on social media content creation campaigns that align with branding goals and e-commerce objectives.
Monitor media performance analytics to assess campaign success; adjust strategies accordingly for maximum impact.
Support public relations efforts by managing online reputation and coordinating media outreach when necessary.
Assist in branding initiatives by maintaining consistent messaging across all digital platforms while ensuring high-quality proofreading of all content.

Skills

Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and familiarity with video editing tools.
Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, keyword research methods, and digital marketing performance monitoring tools like Google Analytics.
Experience with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to track brand mentions and industry trends effectively.
Ability to create compelling content including written posts, images, videos, and blog articles that resonate with target audiences.
Skilled in social media analytics to interpret data insights for optimizing campaigns; familiarity with marketing online analytics is a plus.
Excellent communication skills for engaging customers professionally via social media channels while maintaining a positive brand voice.
Knowledge of public relations principles related to online reputation management.
Basic photography skills for creating original visual content; experience with media editing tools is preferred.
