Director of Marketing & Listings Operations

Full-Time | Luxury Residential Real Estate

About the Role

We are a luxury real estate team seeking an exceptional Director of Marketing &

Listings Operations to own everything from the moment a listing is signed to the

moment it closes — and every marketing touchpoint in between. This is not a

behind-the-desk role. You will be the face of our listings in the field, the voice of our

brand across every platform, and the driving force behind a marketing operation that

consistently reflects our luxury standard.

This role demands someone who understands real estate deeply, moves with urgency

and professionalism, and brings both creative vision and operational discipline to the

table. If you’re passionate about design, obsessed with brand consistency, and

genuinely excited about the ways AI is transforming the real estate industry — we want

to meet you.

What You’ll Own

Listings Coordination & Field Operations

MLS entry, management, and accuracy across all listing platforms
Showing scheduling, management, and follow-up coordination
Lockbox installation, sign placement, and marketing material drop-offs
In-person site visits to assess property condition and listing readiness
Coordination with sellers on document collection, disclosures, and timelines
Managing listing preparation: overseeing repairs, cleaning, landscaping, staging, and other prep work
Meeting and managing contractors — holding them accountable to timelines and quality standards
Staging coordination: sourcing, scheduling, and overseeing staging vendors
Serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the listing lifecycle, providing a luxury-level experience at every interaction

Team Marketing & Brand Management

Social media management across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Website management and content updates
Reputation management: generating, monitoring, and responding to client reviews
Design and production of all marketing materials: fliers, brochures, postcards, listing presentations, and buyer/seller guides
Consistent, on-brand execution across every medium — digital and print
YouTube channel management: scripting support, coordination of filming, publishing, and growth strategy
Online presence and SEO strategy
Ensuring luxury brand standards are maintained across all visual and written communications

Geographic Farm & Community Marketing

Execution of farming campaigns: direct mail, postcards, neighborhood-specific content
Planning and execution of farm events and sponsorships
Client appreciation events: ideation, planning, logistics, and marketing
Community sponsorship identification and management
Building brand recognition and trust within our target markets

AI & Innovation Leadership

Actively exploring and implementing AI tools to improve marketing efficiency, quality, and reach
Bringing forward new ideas for how AI can elevate our listing packages, client deliverables, and team operations
Staying current on AI developments relevant to real estate marketing and proactively proposing adoption where it creates value
Helping lead the team into the next phase of the industry — not watching it happen from the sidelines

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Industry Knowledge

Prior real estate experience is preferred — you must understand how this industry works, what clients expect, and what luxury service looks like in practice
Familiarity with MLS systems, transaction timelines, showing platforms, and listing workflows
Experience managing vendors or contractors in a real estate or property context is a strong plus

Marketing & Design

A genuine eye for design — you know what looks good and you know why it matters
Proficiency with design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
Demonstrated experience managing social media accounts with a cohesive brand voice
Experience producing print and digital marketing materials at a high quality standard
Deep understanding of branding — what it means to be consistent, what it means to carry a luxury presence, and how to protect both

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple active listings and campaigns simultaneously
Proactive communicator who doesn’t wait to be told what needs attention

Excited — genuinely excited — about AI and what it can do for this industry

Compensation & Structure

Competitive base salary commensurate with experience
Performance bonuses tied to listing volume and marketing outcomes
Mileage reimbursement for field work
Tools, software, and marketing budget provided
