Full Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Manager

Type: Temp Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 6+ months (with potential extension)

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $28/hr

Job Summary

We are seeking two Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to support a client’s customers in adopting and leveraging their digital solutions effectively. This role is critical in driving customer digital transformation by providing strategic guidance, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring measurable value through tailored success plans and governance frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with customers to align digital transformation initiatives with business objectives, KPIs, and ROI.
Develop and execute adoption and success plans to increase solution usage, customer loyalty, and reduce churn.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Design and deliver post-sales strategies, monitor performance, and proactively resolve challenges.
Provide thought leadership while collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Professional Services teams.
Lead retention and growth initiatives that scale customer success and enhance customer satisfaction.
Mentor, onboard, and support new CSMs as part of the broader customer success team.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5–10 years of post-sales account management experience in digital marketing (analytics, optimization/conversion, social media).
Experience in pre-sales, marketing/creative agencies, or consulting will also be considered.
Proven track record managing large, global, strategic accounts and acting as a trusted advisor at the senior level.
Strong background driving customer retention initiatives with measurable success.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
Results-driven, adaptable, and highly collaborative.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Technical background in software, IT, cybersecurity, or legal OR sales experience with strong technical aptitude.
Familiarity with enterprise licensing agreements and compliance.
Experience in Software Asset Management (SAM), IT compliance, cybersecurity, or customer success management.
Certifications such as CSAM are a plus.
