Sobre a vaga

A Babel Audio está em busca de atores de voz profissionais falantes de português brasileiro para um projeto de performance solo. Suas performances serão usadas para treinar sistemas de IA a entender e expressar emoções humanas com mais naturalidade. Este é um trabalho interpretativo, centrado em personagens, que exige técnica genuína. Estruturamos esta parceria para refletir isso.

Você receberá um roteiro e um briefing da cena, estudará o contexto emocional e entregará uma performance fiel ao personagem e ao momento. As cenas são específicas e ricas em nuances emocionais. Você pode interpretar papéis como:

Uma noiva se despedindo da família no dia do casamento, tomada pela emoção.
Um pai segurando seu bebê recém-nascido pela primeira vez, dominado pelas emoções.
Um pastor avistando um lobo à distância, ficando atento para proteger o rebanho.
Um médico, com o coração pesado, comunicando à família a notícia do falecimento de um paciente.
Um corredor, após anos de treinamento, se aproximando da linha de chegada e tomado pela emoção.

As gravações têm menos de um minuto. Você escolhe quais roteiros aceitar e trabalha inteiramente no seu próprio horário.

Quem você é

Fluência em português brasileiro, com pronúncia e sotaque do Brasil.
Experiência profissional em dublagem, locução, narração, gravação de audiolivros ou similar.
Capaz de entregar performances vocais expressivas e envolventes em diversos estilos e emoções.
Confortável em interpretar um briefing de cena e trabalhar com autonomia e com pouca ou nenhuma direção.

Remuneração

US$ 120 por hora gravada.
Pode haver incentivos adicionais baseados em desempenho.

Requisitos técnicos

Microfone externo; pop filter ou windscreen são altamente recomendados.
Ambiente de gravação silencioso e acusticamente controlado.
Conexão de internet estável capaz de suportar gravações de áudio sem interrupções.

About the Role

Babel Audio is seeking professional Brazilian Portuguese-speaking voice actors for a solo performance project. Your performances will be used to train AI systems to better understand and express human emotion. This is interpretive, character-driven work that requires genuine craft, and we have structured this engagement to reflect that.

You will receive a script and scene brief, study the emotional context, and deliver a performance that is true to the character and moment. The scenes are specific and emotionally rich. You might perform as:

A bride, bidding farewell to her family on her wedding day, overwhelmed with emotion (Uma noiva, se despedindo da família no dia do casamento, tomada pela emoção)
A father, holding his newborn child for the first time, overcome with emotion (Um pai, segurando seu bebê recém-nascido pela primeira vez, dominado pelas emoções)
A shepherd, spotting a wolf in the distance, becoming alert to protect his herd (Um pastor, avistando um lobo à distância, ficando atento para proteger o rebanho)
A doctor, with a heavy heart, delivering the news of a patient's passing to their family (Um médico, com o coração pesado, comunicando à família a notícia do falecimento de um paciente)
A runner, after years of training, nearing the finish line and filled with emotion (Um corredor, após anos de treinamento, se aproximando da linha de chegada e tomado pela emoção)

Recordings are under one minute. You select which scripts to take on, and you work entirely on your own schedule.

Who You Are

Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese with authentic Brazilian pronunciation and accent
Professional background in voice acting, dubbing, narration, audiobook recording, or similar
Able to deliver expressive and engaging vocal performances across a variety of styles and emotions
Comfortable interpreting a scene brief and working independently with minimal direction

Compensation

$120 USD / recorded hour
Additional performance-based incentives may be available

Technical Requirements

External microphone; pop filter or windscreen strongly recommended
Quiet, acoustically controlled recording environment
Stable internet connection capable of supporting smooth audio recordings
