Full Job Description

Project Administrator (Data Entry & Operations Support)

Soni is partnered with a client seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support a large-scale business operations initiative. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with data, maintaining accurate records, coordinating project activities, and ensuring information is organized and up to date.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working in spreadsheets and databases, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Enter, review, and maintain large volumes of data across multiple systems and platforms.
Perform quality checks to ensure information is accurate, complete, and consistent.
Update project records, documentation, and tracking reports.
Support project teams with administrative and operational tasks.
Monitor workflow queues and assist with processing requests and updates.
Compile reports and organize project-related information for stakeholders.
Maintain project files, records, and documentation in accordance with established procedures.
Communicate with internal teams to resolve data discrepancies and obtain missing information.
Track project milestones and assist with status reporting.

Qualifications:

1-3 years of administrative, data entry, project coordination, operations support, or related experience.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Experience working with databases, CRM systems, or internal business systems is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

Advanced Excel skills, including filtering, sorting, and data validation.
Experience supporting large projects or operational initiatives.
Ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot data issues.
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a broader team.
