Wage: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Flexible Part time hours

What We’re Looking For

Interest in health, safety, occupational health, environmental science, or a related field

Basic understanding of Health & Safety, Occupational Health, or EHS principles

Curiosity and willingness to learn about safety training, compliance, and accident investigation

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently while also collaborating with employees across departments

Enrollment in or completion of a degree program related to Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field preferred, but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management skills

As a part-time, on-site Safety Intern in the St. Paul, MN area, you’ll work directly with our Safety Manager and gain real-world experience in workplace safety, compliance, training, and accident prevention. This is a great opportunity to learn how safety programs are built, supported, and improved in a fast-paced production and distribution environment.

Assist with the development, implementation, and monitoring of workplace safety programs

Support safety training initiatives and help promote safe work practices

Participate in accident investigations and assist with follow-up documentation

Help support Occupational Health and EHS compliance efforts

Collaborate with team members across departments to strengthen our safety culture
