Responsibilities

Diagnose and repair various mobile devices including smartphones, tablets, and other portable electronics, ensuring optimal performance.
Perform software troubleshooting for operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows to resolve issues efficiently.
Conduct hardware repairs utilizing hand tools and soldering techniques on components like screens, batteries, charging ports, and internal circuits.
Interpret schematics and technical diagrams to identify faults and execute precise repairs on circuit boards and device components.
Provide technical support to customers in retail or field service settings, explaining repair processes clearly and professionally.
Test repaired devices thoroughly to ensure functionality across operating systems and hardware components before returning them to customers.
Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and diagnostic procedures for quality assurance and inventory management.

Experience

Proven experience repairing mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets with a strong understanding of device hardware and software troubleshooting.
Familiarity with operating systems including Android, iOS, macOS, Windows, and their respective troubleshooting methods.
Skilled in using hand tools for delicate electronics repair as well as soldering equipment for circuit-level fixes.
Ability to read schematics, technical diagrams, and analyze electronic components accurately.
Strong analysis skills to identify root causes of hardware or software issues quickly.
Experience working in field service or retail environments providing technical support or equipment repair is preferred.
