An international company is seeking Independent Contractors / Owner-Drivers with white 24- or 26-foot box trucks equipped with a lift gate and pallet jack. This role involves same-day delivery services across New Jersey, New York, and surrounding areas.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
In-depth knowledge of New Jersey, NY, and nearby regions
Smartphone with an active data plan
$100,000 cargo insurance
$1,000,000 public liability insurance

Position Overview

As a Box Truck Owner-Operator (24–26 ft), you will play a key role in transporting freight safely and efficiently. This position calls for solid commercial driving skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to coordinating effectively with both clients and dispatch. Experience in delivery driving and cargo handling is essential to ensuring timely, accurate, and secure deliveries.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate 24- to 26-foot trucks in compliance with all traffic laws and regulations
Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and secure cargo fastening
Keep accurate delivery logs and promptly communicate any issues to dispatch
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure reliability
Use clear communication to coordinate with team members and customers
