About the Role:

We are currently seeking professional and reliable Security Officers to support a new contract beginning August 3, 2026. This position is part of a temporary staffing arrangement in which our company is providing services on behalf of a Prime Contractor during their initial contract startup phase.

Assignment Overview:

This is a temporary position expected to last approximately 3 to 6 months.
There is a possibility of extension based on contract needs and performance.
The Prime Contractor intends to transition staffing responsibilities to their own personnel once hiring is complete.

Schedule Requirements:

Coverage is required 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Candidates must be available to work assigned shifts within this time frame, including weekends and holidays.

Skills:

5+ years verifiable corporate security experience.
5+ years military or law enforcement experience.
Combat arms, special weapons and tactics, and detective experience strongly preferred.
Formal surveillance detection training preferred.
TCCC training (or similar) preferred.
U.S. military combatives certification (or similar) preferred.
Firearms (pistol) proficiency required.
Non-commissioned officer experience or higher preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills for report writing and effective communication with team members and client.
Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally.

Additional Requirements:

Ability to pass a firearms evaluation.
2 professional references.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
Note: Waivers granted on a case-by-case basis.
MUST HAVE ACT 235 FIREARMS CERTIFICATE

Pay: $31.00 - $33.00 per hour
